The Plainest Tennessee Road Trip Course

A road trip is a symbol of freedom to roam and visit the places you want. In this course we show you exactly how to assemble your team, find a suitable car, and see places of interest. You need to have great planning skills to find these places and the route you need to take to get there. You also need great logistical skills to make your plans work in reality and actualize each part of the trip. In this course we teach you the method we use over many years of going all over the country.

So many people in the past have taken a road trip to visit family. There was no social media as there was no internet. The telephone was the closest thing to visiting them. Once they could host your family then you would go see them in person and travel along the way. This was to save money or avoid going to new places for most parents. Others would go to one or two locations their who lives even though their neighborhood block party would usually have a slideshow of a couples vacation to somewhere special. They would say "yeah but, what was we supposed to do?" as to any criticism to their usual 1 week of vacation time from work.

Would you like to know more ways Road Trips are used?

  • If a dating couple would like to take their love on the road to see how compatible they are then the open road is a great way to see how they committed to the other person. How they spend money and plan for the future can be ways they measure how viable they are as mates.
  • A road trip is said to be a rite of passage from youth to young adult. This separation can test these young adults ability to be independent from their parents and how well their parents can accept their kids are finally adults who will one day leave their home to start their own!
  • So many families are discovering road trips as a way to strengthen relationships. In today's culture blended families struggle with getting to know each other and the open road can increase discussion and lend conversation habits that may let people get to know each other.
  •  Road games are a great ice breaker and fun to play with family and friends who will remember playing these games foe rest of their lives and teach their own kids these games one day.

Tell me more about this course.

We use a video where we talk directly to you with a green screen that has an Amish or Mennonite photo behind me. A picture in picture will sometimes appear when the subject I am talking about needs an illustration. We do not use artificial intelligence in any way so you will see the video we intended with no summarizing from chat-gpt or other program. The written section under the video will be made in such a way it teaches those who like to read instead of merely following the video. We start each module and lesson off with a video and the written section underneath the video. In a few lessons we have an extra video in the written section that complements the main video. We end each lesson with a conclusion where we try to summarize the lesson into a short paragraph to give the student something to remember the lesson with. Using the Module-Chapter-Lesson-Quiz method will help the course flow better and make learning more enjoyable.

  • The Module - Segments of the overall course is divided into modules so that the topics covered are related.
  • The Chapter - Subdivides the information into a manageable learning block.
  • The Lesson - Is the learning topic where only the topic is taught to the student.
  • The Bonus Lesson - Is the learning topic where only the bonus topic is taught to the student
  • The Quiz - Is placed at the end of the module so that the student finds their weak and strong areas of knowledge.

So what topics are in this course?

The topics we teach are primarily two categories. The Ideation phase is where we use our brains to think through questions and the completion phase is where we put those plans into action. If either one of these categories receives the bulk of you concentration then you may not have a good plan. Sometimes we get so worried about finding these places we want to go that we don't go anywhere. Some people are so inclined to do something that they don't give any thought about where they are going and miss the good stuff. We seek to have balense and find all the information we need so we can act on this knowledge effectively.

Ideation Phase

  • Searching for what kind of traveler you are.
  • Selecting your travel team.
  • Finding destinations to visit.
  • Finding points of interest along the way
  • Designing various itineraries.
  • Discovering places to stay and eat.
  • Conversations in travel etiquette.
  • The mediation of roles and responsibilities.
  • Using the road trip tools for information.
  • Finding the Amish and Mennonite places to visit.
  • Perfecting your template for all future road trips.

Completion Phase

  • Developing a budget
  • Estimation of miles and gas prices.
  • To rent or drive your own car.
  • Packing effectively and storage needs.
  • Car maintenance and travel logs.
  • Procurement of weather related gear.
  • Using road trip tools for hard facts.
  • Learning how to visit the plain people in person.
  • Planning your levels of security on the road.
  • Participating in road games.
  • Chronicling your vacation once you get home.
