There are many stories of families taking the car on a road trip to visit a destination or relatives during the vacationing parts of the year when kids are out of school. Movies are even made of these moments when things don't go well. Many of these trips are boring and lack excitement that leave everyone to need a vacation from their vacation. The Progeny Adventure Group LLC seeks to make these problems more manageable so that families and friends can spend more time with each other doing what they love!
Travel Trouble
Traveling with kids has always been a logistical and statistical problem. Even local events can have an uncertain outcome that can't be overlooked. Basically we know how many things have become a problem in the past so most people quit traveling in the future. Today the internet can produce a 3d environment you can see in your living room that can give you the replication of being in that space without the hassle of bringing the family or expense! Unfortunately this adaptive experience is not the same as being there in person, so you become unfulfilled with the outcome.
Vacation Vacancy
Travel can be a type of school where you learn by experience about places different than you own. We believe the places between can be as important as the destination. Perhaps on the way to your vacation, you pass a road sign that takes you to an interesting place! Then you take some time to explore the new site and get back in the car and get to your location. It just may be that your most exciting time was in the place that was found by accident. Always leave room for the unexplored places and the unclaimed times during a vacation. they may be the best of the trip!
Parents Do Not Have Much Time
There are only 936 weekends between your child's birth and their 18th birthday. The ages of 7 to 16 are prime experience years that comprised of only 468 weekends and if the weather changes on the weekends you planned, you may have even less. Don't let mere inconveniences and poor planning take away the best years you can spend with your children!
We try to match or extend the activities kids do at home in a more entertaining way. This method allows more consistency with each activity. Kids that have a prior interest in a topic can be pleased much more effectively when the child is familiar with the topic that already gives them joy!

One of a kind online shows
The Preemie Paradox and The Older Dad Show are very rare in the online community of live shows. Each of these distinctions did not exist in a Google search when we decided to build these websites. There are articles and occasional videos about these subjects but no dedicated show devoted to the topic as of this publication. The preemie paradox and older dad show were the concept that led the owners of The Progeny Adventure Group LLC to start talking about parenting in the first place. Their love for own kids made them want to share with these communities.
The Preemie Paradox
This website is for anyone who has had children who were born premature or had to live in the NICU or PICU. We believe that once you're a preemie parent, you're always a preemie parent and the preemie paradox has a great website, educational videos and a live show for parents to learn from!
The Older Dad Show
We took 18 years of age and doubled it to 36 and called every dad who was 36 or over before their first child an older dad. Older dads are different because we are less inclined to copy our own upbringing and our perceptions on the future are more accurate. We have a website, videos and live shows!
Outdoors and Topical Parenting Shows
It is so important to have outdoor activities for your family. We have many outdoor focused videos and a show where we devote the majority of the shows topics to outdoor lifestyles. Fatherhood is also very important to us. Dads today have many issues to think about when bringing up children in the digital age. The Crockett Coonhound
Outdoor entertainment and history are the focus of the crockett coonhound. We take the stories and times of David Crockett and see how they apply today. We also take our kids racoon hunting at night and show how the dark of night can be illuminated in wonder by the forest that comes alive when the sun goes down. The website and live show are great but the videos are really informative.
The 4Fathers Live
They say 2 is better than 1, then that makes 4 better than 2. The 4Fathers Live is a talk show about the issues facing dads today from each members perspective. This show is as funny as it is informative with each co-host having a different background, education and upbringing. The website and blog are great for any man to get ideas but the videos and live show are the main event for the 4Fathers!
Geographical Tourism
Mike, the founder of The Progeny Adventure Group LLC and it's companies has been in the tourism field since 2010 and has learned a lot about destination marketing. Much of the information shared online was misleading so he decided to make these websites for his local area that are not affiliated with the local governments. There are a lot of activities a family can enjoy in middle Tennessee and the Visit Lawrenceburg, Visit Pulaski, and The Amish of Ethridge can offer many unique experiences that are hard to find anywhere else!
Visit Lawrenceburg Tennessee
Lawrenceburg Tennessee is the birthplace of southern gospel music and put Tennessee on the musical map. As the years went on, Lawrenceburg's music scene moved on to Nashville Tennessee and Muscle Shoals Alabama but you can still see the old days in music in our museums. Plus there are a lot of interesting places to see and have fun in Lawrence county!
Visit Pulaski Tennessee
Pulaski Tennessee is full of outdoor entertainment and is home to the Milky Way Farms that belonged to Frank Mars of the famous Mars Candy. The county is surrounded by train museums, shooting sports, wineries, and water sports where you can get on a kayak and float down stream. Antoinette Hall at Staar Theater was opened in 1869 and is a must see in Pulaski!
Collective Family Interest
Families today have many problems that separate each family member from the others. We like to see families vacation together. If your family dynamic is strained or you're part of a family that is separated by distance, then a trip to Lawrence or Giles counties in middle Tennessee may be just what you need to reconnect with those you love.
Amish of Ethridge
Ethridge Tennessee is just north east of Lawrenceburg and is home to over 300 families of Old Order Amish spread across Lawrence and Giles counties. This division of Amish people are very strict and old fashioned so any non Amish are called "the english" by them. This branch of Amish do just about everything by hand and live by their belief in the bible. There are many businesses that take you on buggy tours through Amish country so be sure to check out our page!
Golf and Gun Getaways
We love to see families and friends who share a common love for any sport they participate in. Golf and gun getaways is the perfect way to get a foursome of friends away for a weekend of fun. The Tennessee valley has many top resorts where a group can stay in a great B&B or hotel and play their sports together. We just want to see more families and friends spending time with each other so golf and gun getaways is perfect for father and son weekends and generational vacationing!

We make our own soundtracks and effects. Mike was a studio musician years ago and he entertains his daughter with his musical instruments who plays with them to make sounds. We also do collaborations with others so watch for these videos!
Ampcat Music
The founder of the Progeny Adventure Group LLC has an autistic daughter that loves making sounds with his musical equipment. Since the company records its own sounds and scores, he decided to get into music publishing. He is starting a show that is mainly for females who are getting into sync licensing for film scoring. Mike and his daughter would like to see more female composers in the musical landscape.
Concept shows!
We have teamed up with a few people to make content for their shows when our audience can cross over between our content and our collaborators. These shows are produced by The Progeny Adventure Group LLC for these individuals that we contract to further their message. Each one is a family entertainment centered show that emphasizes the importance of being a good person and helping others.
